Packing Shipping/ Handling

There are Minimum Packing / Shipping / Handling Fees set up thru PayPal.      Items over 100 Pounds have an extra $10.00 attached.  Main shipping is F.O.B. Terre Haute, IN. (backup) Canton, OH

You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment.  This way a (RTS) number will be established.  All items returned must be in origianal condition, including packaged items.   A promp refund or credit will be issued, upon inspection and approval.    Items that have been insured maybe elegable for insurance claim.  CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

Returning of any Without (RTS) Service Charge

ALL items retruned, without (RTS) are considered UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS AND ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE!

Customers are responsible for all fees and charges on their orders.  Fradulant use of this site or the PayPal site will be include and not limited to collections, attorney fees, possible prosecuition, Interest (2% monthly and handeling fees.  To avoid any of these actions, customers should shop responsibly.
